Welcome to the Hyndburn Cultural Association.
The Hyndburn Cultural Association exists to promote
the interests of the local community in Hyndburn, and in particular,
the Asian community. It does this by associating people with the
local authorities and other organisations in a common effort to
advance education, to preserve and protect good health and to provide
facilities for leisure time occupation.
In short, we aim to improve the conditions and
quality of life for people in the Hyndburn area.
